I’m passionate about leveraging and disrupting private sector systems to support better outcomes for the planet, workers and communities. For two decades, I’ve built expertise in sustainability, social impact, brand strategy and communications. My work today is grounded in the belief that delivering this impact needs smart strategies grounded in powerful stories that move people to care and act.
In the past, I was Head of North America at Purpose, working with partners like Danone, Uber, ViacomCBS, Bloomberg Philanthropies and the Natgeo Society. Prior to that, I founded a CSR advisory in India; led sustainability engagement for a major apparel manufacturer; managed client relationships at top creative agencies including Wieden+Kennedy; and gained a postgraduate qualification in Sustainable Value Chains at the University of Cambridge. I’m also a co-founder of Women In Labour, an impact-driven comedy podcast about women and work that has half a million listens and counting.
With a career that spans South Asia, North America, the UK and Europe, I’m committed to equitable solutions that cross cultures and uplift unheard voices. I regularly work with creative strategist Patrick Cahill and certified coach Sophie Dollar to help transform organisations from the inside out.
